SoulStrutter selections of the best releases this week

In no particular order other than tempo.
This week's Dirty Dozen has been delayed a day or two as there has
simply been so much good music released over the weekend and the last
week that it has been very difficult trying to decide what to leave
out. After complaining over the summer months at the sparsity of
quantity of good quality releases, thankfully, and hopefully, now that
we've got the silly season out of the way things will improve.
I considered doing a Double Dozen but decided to split into a pair of
dozens. This is Part 2, Part 1 is posted separately.
Here's a selection of fifteen tracks, all predominantly released in the last week, that didn't quite make it into the premier league but these are too good to be ignored.
