My selection of the best releases this week (Jan 2022 Wk 04)
In no particular order other than tempo.
The floodgates of new release have finally opened this week with so much good music around which is a blessing after having to dig pretty deep for the last month or so.
Syndey Rennee' appeared in last weeks mix but not playlist as it was an oversight, therefore she is included this week.
With so much good stuff around this week it has been challenging choosing this week's selection. The new album from The Real Thing is a very pleasant surprise so please don't dismiss it for who it is as hopefully you too will be surprised by the quality. Sidibe's new single I think is possibly her best for some time. Blue Soul Ten featuring ShaMain, Jesse Wagner, one of the new tracks on Lady Wray's new album "I Do" are all contenders but I'm going for Zsa "The More Things Change" instinctively as I rated it as one of the best neo soul tunes heard this year when posted on Friday.
