GoGo began her solo journey after being discovered by her first manager via YouTube. She made her mark in her hometown of Philadelphia with a sold-out concert at The Theater of Living Arts and has supported Marshia Ambrosius (Floetry) and participated in the Monster Ball Concert Special with Lady Gaga on HBO and an appeared on the James Corden show with Kanye West’s Sunday Service Choir. 

Upon relocating to L.A. she signed to B.O.E. Records where she has released two singles this year and now her debut album "Ready" on 5 Oct 2022 which includes both singles.

NxWorries Feat. H.E.R. [2022] - Where I Go [Stones Throw Records]

NxWorries, in case you didn't already know, is Anderson .Paak (Brandon Paak Anderson aka DJ Pee Wee and of course partner to Bruno Mars in Silk Sonic) and producer Knxwledge (Glen Earl Boothe) who have released their first new material together for quite a while (since Nov 2017 to be exact). 

For their new single "Where I Go" (released yesterday 19 Oct 2022) they are joined by H.E.R. (Gabriella Wilson).

Chris Bangs [2022] - Samba do Sueno / Soccer Samba [Acid Jazz #AJX 662S]

Released digitally last week (13 Oct) and out on 7" vinyl on 7 Nov via Acid Jazz is a Latin jazz instrumental release from Chris Bangs "Samba do Sueno" / "Soccer Samba".

The A side is a cover of Cal Tjader "Samba Do Suenho" from "Along Comes Cal" (1967) and included on a 1989 eponymous album. Both tracks will be featured on his new album "Firebird" due in Jan 2023.

Lotti [2022] - Casualty [Self Released]

A nice little neo soul tune released today (20 Oct 2022) by Lotti titled "Casualty" which is a debut release. I can find absolutely nothing about the artist save for what's on the credits i.e. written by Carina Mendoza and Vealy Celdran and produced by Vealy Celdran and Jaye Locke. So I would imagine that Lotti is one of those, possibly Carina Mendoza.

Victoria Jane [2022] - Good & Low-Key [Brownswood Recordings]

Manchester-based Victoria Jane releases a new single today (20 Oct 2022) "Good & Lowkey" which is taken from a forthcoming compilation "Future Bubblers 6.0" on Gilles Petersen's Brownswood Recordings due next month. It's her fourteenth release since 2018 (and first this years) which includes thirteen singles and a five track EP "In My Zone" (Mar 2020).

Victoria has landed her own show on BBC Radio 1 after a year-long mentorship programme with the Giles Peterson backed initiative Future Bubblers.
