DRAM [2022] - PPL (What Had Happened Was... LP) [WAVER Records]

This release is confusing on two fronts, first DRAM recently renamed himself to Shelley FKA DRAM and for this release has reverted to just DRAM and secondly it appears to be one of those incremental releases whereby an EP/album is evolving with tracks being incrementally added. So is it a single, an EP or just a pre-released album track? 

All was revealed on the Amazon listing as it appears to be a set of tracks pre-released from a forthcoming (10 Nov) album titled "What Had Happened Was..." consisting of three tracks along with "WHAM" having two versions, an explicit and clean!

I think I heard "WHAM" a few weeks back but the track that drew me to the releases the latest track "PPL" featuring The Chicago Kid which is a mellow, retro style song but with a contemporary feel.
