Blu2th [2024] - Back to Euphoria [UltraSound Entertainment]

Blu2th wrote "Back to Euphoria" with Clay Drayton many years ago for Earth Wind & Fire who declined the song so he decided to release it himself. If you recall, he released it on 25 Feb 2022 and almost exactly two years later he's released it again. 

Blu2th is singer/songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Erik Griggs who has performed with, and written for, many artists including Aretha Franklin, Charlie Wilson, Joe, Anderson .Paak, Boys II Men, Jordin Sparks, K-Ci, Eminem and After 7. He won a Grammy nomination and BMI song of the Year for "No Air" recorded by Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown.

Avery*Sunshine [2024] - I Wonder [BigShine Recodings] MUSIC VIDEO

Avery*Sunshine released her second single of the year, "I Wonder", on 12 Feb and, with two in quick succession, we guessed that there may be a new album in the offing. It has now been confirmed as "So Glad To Know" is due in the summer.

On Friday a music video for "I Wonder" was also published.

CLAY [2024] - Love's Song [Self Released] (Full Album)

CLAY is a Christian music group based in the Washington, DC area who have been working together in various forms for many years, some since college and some since childhood. The group consists of 5 singers, Brittny Gartrell, Kristyn Frazer, Dalonne Small, Saara McEachnie and Dwight Monkou and composer/arranger Colville Heskey.

You may remember their single from the tail end of last year "Lovin' U" which followed "Within My Heart" the previous day. Both feature on their debut 12 track album "Love's Song" along with their debut single "Take My Life" from March 2019. The album is a collection of soulful Jazz infused vocal arrangements with an inspirational message that they have been performing over the last 20 years.

Down To Earth [2024] - LoveLifeAndHarmony [Speegra] (Full Album)

Although officially released on Friday (23 Feb) the new album from Down To Earth, "LoveLifeAndHarmony" is only now available to stream on Spotify.

The album has been a few years in the making and follows their highly acclaimed and chart topping "Still Ridin' High" (Sep 2021) which was also released on vinyl by Izipho Soul and arranged over two sides: a The Meat Side and The Sweet Side.

To celebrate the release of the new album, Izipho Soul is offering a special deal on the remaining vinyl copies. They are offering black or gold vinyl copies for a limited period at £5 per copy plus P&P via Izipho Soul website. The offer is open until 16 Mar or until stocks last.

We posted album samples last week prior to release but now enjoy the album in full. It's great to see several tracks already receiving radio airplay.
