Tom Glide & The Luv All Stars originally released "What's Your Fantasy" in 2010 on the Expansion album " In The Name Of Luv". This is a 2021 10th anniversary rework released on 3 Oct 2021. It has been rearranged and uses different musicians and includes rap. It's also slowed down a bit from 122 bpm to 112 bpm.

Tome Glide is a UK based (Ramsgate, Kent) French producer.

Lady Wray [2021] - Piece Of Me [Big Crown]

Another few tracks have been pre-released (digitally), on 18 Oct 2021, from the forthcoming album by Lady Wray "Piece Of Me" which is set for release on 28 Jan 2022.

The new batch includes the title track "Piece Of Me" (released as a single in 2019), "Come On In" (was issued as the B side to "Piece Of Me" on vinyl) and "Under The Sun". Two other tracks have already been released as singles, the excellent "Games People Play" in July, and "Storm" in Oct 2020.

Lady Wray is no newcomer as she was discovered by Missy Elliott in 1998 and performed using the name Nicole Wray and as simply Nicole. Follow link above for "Games People Play" for more info.

Down To Earth [2021] - An Interview with Gary Van Den Bussche on Starpoint Radio 19th Oct 2021

After his recent interview with Cornell CC Carter I was chatting with Gary Van Den Bussche last week and we agreed that he also interview Down To Earth live on his lunchtime radio show on Starpoint radio. That interview took place at lunchtime today (19 Oct 2021).

Get to know them and appreciate how they got their name. I'm rather 'embarrassed' at the compliments they heaped on the blog ... all in a days work, it's just fantastic that I was able to do so by the quality of the material and that so many others have also appreciated their album as it couldn't happen to a nicer couple of 'geezers'! 

I'm looking forward to the new album and if the demo of "Waiting For You" played during the interview is anything to go by then we should be in for another treat! Another previously unheard track was also played which was their version on Nat King Cole / George Benson "Nature Boy".

It was announced during the interview that their current UK soul chart topping album "Still Ridin' High" will be released on limited edition vinyl by Patrick Biggerstaff's Izipho Soul, 300 on gold and 300 on black vinyl which, due to long lead times, won't be out until spring 2022. No pre-orders are being taken until nearer the time. 

Also they will be performing live on the Starpoint Thames Cruise on 11 Dec 2021 which also features Romina Johnson. To book call  Carl on 07957 195762.
