TMF The Music Forever in conversation with Steve Aggasild (25th Oct 2023)

In conjunction with SoulStrutter, Steve Aggasild (SoulAndJazzFlavas) meets with all seven members of TMF The Music Forever.

All except lead singer Chris Walker have recorded and toured with the legendary Maze over the last couple of decades. 

The group line up is Chris Walker (lead vocals), Roame Lowry (conga/vocals), John 'Jubu' Smith (guitar/vocals), Vance Taylor (keys), Bear Williams (bass/vocals), Calvin Napper (drums),  and Daniel Weatherspoon (keys & organ).

They released their debut single as TMF "Making Love To The Music" of 29 Oct. and tell us that they are working on a new album for next year.

Paulette McWilliams Interview

An album released on Friday "These Are The Sweet Things" by Paulette McWilliams is currently our SoulStrutter Selection of the Week and will undoubtedly feature in the list of top albums of 2023 come the reckoning at the end of the year.

Our good friend Bill Buckley at SoulAndJazzAndFunk caught up with Ms McWilliams last week and has published the interview with her yesterday which he has shared with us.
