Having just checked the latest Amazon UK Hot New Releases we
couldn't help but notice that the Top 5 were all tracks found and posted by
SoulStrutter on day of release (some actually posted the day after as we
don't like to post too many each day) and passed to our radio partners
Roger SoulSorts Williams and Steve Aggasild. Roger played all of them, and Steve some of them, on their shows
this weekend (their shows were posted earlier today).
So how has SoulStrutter influenced Amazon? For all posts, where available, we provide links to Amazon on cover images. This month the site is having it's best hit rate to date and is on schedule to exceed well over 100k hits as in only 20 days so far this month we have received over 95k. The majority of our visitors are from US and UK but have visitors worldwide.
Promoters, labels and artists may perhaps wish to consider this when they send promos to radio stations and DJs and not to websites!

MOR Music for old people zzzzzzzzzzzzz. Total Spotify streams of your Top 4 are ZERO. I don't actually even listen to most of them but if Roger EGO Williams and boring Steve are playing them then they have to be smooth jazzy or dated sounding for the most part. The only one I played is Adiv- 30,000 streams on Spotify
Thank you Franklin for your 'constructive' comment. We will leave others to draw their own conclusions as to your motives, as surely you cannot be bitter at all?
A more well balanced person may have found it within themselves to actually congratulate us on our achievements helping to promote independent soul music for free, but not you of course as it is, and always has been, about YOU! We could care less about YOUR opinion and will continue to promote the best soul music so that you can continue to cherry pick, as you do most weeks, for your show! Unlike you, we are not 'one-dimensional' and post an array of soul music of all flavours for all tastes and we seem to be successful at it given the blog stats .. has your show had 33.5k listeners this week?
I hoped he'd gone away but sadly not - what a k**b he truly is. Congratulations to you 👏 👏
Thanks Ian .. much appreciate. Hadn't we all 'hoped' but he just can't help himself ... maybe it's some form of Tourettes lol?
Congratulations on the stats and keep up the great work you do week after week.
Thank you Chris .. we greatly appreciate your support.
Franklin Sinclair - your presence in soul music isn't needed by anyone, you're a 65 year old drain on the enjoyment of anyone involved trying to simply promote music, sell your radio equipment and disappear with your pettiness and go walkies with your little doggie or play golf in stupid clothes embarrassing yourself, your presence is required by nobody.
