After drip feeding two singles for each of the last two weeks as a
teaser, the full album "Tunnel Vision" from Reuben James is out today. As well as the two most
recent singles "All I Wanna Do" and "What U Need", the album also includes several earlier singles such as his 'killer'
from last year "Closer" featuring Sophie Faith, Jay Prince and CARRTOONS along with "U Got Me" with Jaz Karis and of course the title track "Tunnel Vision" and a 2020 single "BBQ Energy" feat.Adam Flowers & Keyon Harrold. Surprisingly, there are no official videos for any of the singles above except "BBQ Energy".
A couple of the standouts from the new material are "Searching" feat. Vula, Jay Prince and Connor Albert and "Wings Of A Butterfly" feat. Vula and Vanessa Butler.
James made his name writing and touring with Sam Smith. He wrote
songs for Smith's 4-million-selling album "The Thrill Of It All" and they have performed together around the world including at The
Oscars and The Grammys.
He has worked and collaborated with the likes of Stormzy, Sam Smith,
Disclosure, Marcus Mumford and Herbie Hancock which has led to James
developing a unique sound and style of his own and he is now widely
considered as one of the most exciting artists to have emerged from
the UK in recent years.
