One of the best releases of recent weeks comes from Louis York,"Strawberry Skies", which is simply timeless soul music that should appeal to
all lovers of soul music.
Oh dear, it was going great guns until 4:45 and then goes all uptempo and Latin, but all is not lost as the track is nearly 6 minutes long (5:56) so I'd suggest fading out at 4:44 as it's probably too long for radio anyway!
Nashville based Louis York is a band formed by Claude Kelly (vocals) and Chuck Harmony (Charles T. Harmon) in 2015. The name comes from combining their hometown names, Harmony's East St Louis and Kelly's New York. They were already established songwriters/producers with hit credits for Michael and Janet Jackson, Whitney Houston, Mary J. Blige, Toni Braxton, John Legend and many others.
