The latest single "One And Only" (released 27 Arr 2022) is probably the best track Gabriels have released
since "Love and Hate in a Different Time" (which I still can't listen to without drawing comparisons to "I Heard It Through The Grapevine"). I'm sure this will appeal to some in the Northern Soul contingent and
conversely others may hate it!
They certainly have their own distinctive and unique, gospel inspired, style and consist
of lead singer Jacob Lusk (who appeared on American Idol season 10 in 2011) and
producers Ari Balouzian and Ryan Hope. Formed in L.A. in 2016, they released
their debut single 'Loyalty' in 2018 which was used in a Prada advert.
