Today Manchester's Mica Millar releases the title track from her
forthcoming album "Heaven Knows" which is due on 10 Jun 2022. She states that her debut album draws inspiration from a plethora of vintage soundscapes: soul, blues, gospel and jazz with respectful nods paid to girl groups of the 60's and 70's, giving her songs a timelessness quality that is both reassuringly familiar yet distinctively hers.
Her latest single follows her "Girl" from March
and is her sixth single to date (excluding remixes of several of her
singles).
