The first single from an upcoming album "Saturday Night" (set for release on 6 Oct) by New York multi-instrumentalist/producer
Ben Carr, aka CARRTOONS, is "Grace" released on 15 Aug.
The track features Grammy winning songwriter and R&B/Hip-Hop artist
Rae Khalil from Torrance, CA, who has been endorsed by the
likes of Anderson .Paak, Queen Latifah and Chance The Rapper. She also
featured on a track on CARRTOONS' last album "Homegrown" (Apr '22).
The new fourteen track album will be CARRTOONS' seventh full length
project although, curiously, the first was titled "CARTOONS Vol III" but
Vols. I & II were both three track EPs from 2017 and appear to be only
available on Bandcamp.
CARRTOONS' most recent work was featuring on all tracks on Reuben James'
"Champagne Kisses" album in Jun '23.
