The Shadowboxers are trio Scott Tyler, Matt
Lipkins, and Adam Hoffman who met at university in Atlanta, GA (now based in L.A.) and have supported, and been mentored by, Justin
Timberlake since around 2014.
This track, "Something To Hold", popped up on my Spotify 'radar' which pricked up my ears. I'm not
familiar with their music, and most others I've listed to are predominantly
pop, but this has a nice neo soul/R&B groove. It's been out a while
(21 Sep 2021) and they have subsequently released another single which is
a pop tune.
