The title track from a six track EP due for release on 13 Aug has been
pre-released on 11 Jun 2021 by BBE from an artist named Beatchild.
As you'd guess from the name it's instrumental and, well, it's beats,
but it's quite effective and I quite like it ... but, as they saying goes, 'I
couldn't eat a whole one', meaning I don't think I could listen to a
whole album of it without getting bored with it as it gets a bit repetitive.
"Slakah the Beatchild", as he is also known, is Byram Joseph who is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, vocalist and song-writer from Toronto
and released his first project on 2001. He's also released material under
other monikers such as The Slakadeliqs and Art of Fresh.
"Unselfish Desires" is his seventh album/project and is due for release on
BBE by 13 Aug 2021.
