The long awaited album from the Dutch five piece acid jazz band Tristan
has been released on 2 Apr 2021. We've already featured
'Perfect Girl'
and
'Looking Back' on the blog as both have been released as singles.
Tristan are Jaycilee Teterissa (a new lead singer on this album),
Coen Molenaar, Frans Vollink, Sebastiaan Cornelissen and Guy Nikkels. Two
of the tracks, the title track and 'Emporer's Treasure', feature Kasper
Nova (singer/songwriter/producer from Amsterdam).
The whole album is pretty good, but my 'choice cut', other than the two
previously released, has to be the title track.
This will be their fifth studio album.
