A new single from Soulpersona (Morgan Howell) & Carl Hudson, a jazz/funk instrumental called "Moonraker" was released on Bandcamp last Friday (2 Feb). It is now available on Spotify and other digital
platforms today (although we can't find it as yet on Amazon but is
available via iTunes).
It's from an a forthcoming album which has been in progress since
lockdown and features musicians including Terry Lewis (Guitars) Andy
Tolman (Bass) Gabriel Nuzzoli (Percussion) Bryan Corbett (Trumpet,
Flugel & Trombone) and Richard Beesley (Saxophones).
Carl Hudson is originally from Boston, Lincs., and has been playing
keyboards for Culture Club since 2015. He's also played for artists such
as Leroy Hutson, Leon Ware, Omar, STR4TA, Emilie Sande. Jones Girls and
Jean Carn amongst others.
