The latest offering from Sean B (aka Dr. Alsean Bryant) is "Tonight" and is very
reminiscent of the material Silk Sonic were releasing a couple of years
ago (what happened to Silk Sonic? it appears to have been a one off project by Mars & Anderson). Very 70s oriented, just take a look at
the sleeve of his 2023 Christmas album with the afro and wicker
chair!
There's no complaints here as 70s soul, for us, stands the test of time
very well. It's packaged with a short, albeit 5:24 version, and an
'Extended Experience" clocking in at 7:24.
Originally from South Georgia, when not doing music, Dr. Bryant is
a Clinical Pharmacist at the AIDS Healthcare Foundation for the DMC (DC, MD, and VA).
