Jaszy Shavers (Jasmine Monique Shavers) from Atlanta, GA, released her third full album "Voyage To Surrender", today.
It's a pretty solid set on ten songs with our highlights on first listen being the smooth mellow and jazzy "Isn't Love", "Meet Me Outside", "Borrowed Time" and "Cool" in particular but, as said, it's a strong set and one of the best neo soul albums of the year for us, highly recommended.
It follows "Red Light" from Nov '21. Since then she's released just one single ("Who's Gunna") and a six track EP, "Carolina Soul" with Tavaras Jordan in 2022e and featured on a single "90sSoul" with Kareem Cento Gradi in Jun '23.
