Emma B. (Emma Brandt Sahlberg) on the surface looks like a new artist with a debut single, although one DSP (Apple) credits the song to Nu Circles feat. Emma B. who released a dance song "What You Need Tonight" back in 2002.
Her latest single "On the low" is (thankfully) completely different a more in the blue-eyed neo soul school. With a name like Sahlberg she is presumably Scandinavian and a bit of further digging revealed that she may be from Sweden (Örebro), but apart from that I can find nothing else on her.
