Output/Input was formed during lockdown by bassist, composer, producer and music
director for Chaka Khan, Melvin Lee Davis with the Triple H Horns i.e. Nick
Mead (trumpet), Jacob Shaw (saxophone) and Patrick Hayes (trombone). The
full ensemble is completed by Jay Williams (drums), Adam Kovacs
(percussion), Kanghyun Bu (Guitar), Daeun Kim (Keyboard) and Jesse Milliner
(keyboard).
They have quickly become firm favourites in the UK with several cover
versions and are now beginning to release original material with the last
single featuring Antonio McLendon on "I'm In Love" possibly their best to date?
The follow-up single is "Really No Chance" (due on 11 Nov 2022) written by British songwriting duo Mark Love and Noval Smith and features the UK's Katie Holmes Smith (originally from
Frimley, Surrey, now based in Kingston-Upon-Thames.
Katie is a much in-demand vocalist having just completed a tour with Robbie
Williams and is rehearsing to join Adele in residence in Las Vegas later
this month. In addition she has toured with Christina Aguilera, Kylie
Minogue, Westlife, Leona Lewis, Olly Murs and others.
