In some circles this latest release "got you" from an artist that has featured here a few times now, Shannon Lauren
Callihan, would be classified as an 'oldie' as it was released on 19 Aug
2022.
Some of her songs do border on pop/folk but she has also recorded some
soulful ones. In fact "Used To Be My Love" was a SoulStrutter Selection of the Week a year ago (22 Aug 2021).
Nashville based, Kentucky raised, Shannon Lauren Callihan debuted in 2019 with a single "What You Do to Me". In 2020 she released three singles and a live four track EP "Our Vinyl Sessions" which included the three singles released that year plus another track
called "Silver Lining". Last Sep she released a seven track EP "One Sided". All her previous material sounds pretty good and is well worth
checking out.
