One of three tracks pre-released last Friday from a forthcoming album "004DAISY" by DIXSON due on 16 Sep.
"HEAT", for me, is the best of the three and features Tinashe. It samples Dynasty's "Adventures In The Land Of Music".
DIXSON also wrote a couple of tracks for Beyonce's latest album RENAISSANCE" ("VIRGO'SGROOVE" and "PURE/HONEY"). He last featured on the blog with a single "Cherry Sorbet" featuring Sevyn Streeter in May 2022.
After spending years in the background as a producer and vocal
arranger, multi-instrumentalist DIXSON (aka Darius Scott), from Atlanta, GA, took part in The Voice in
2016 reaching the top 20 mentored by Pharrell Williams.
