Jacob Banks is a Nigerian born singer/songwriter from Birmingham (UK) who debuted in 2013 with an album "The Monologue" which gained him much acclaim and he subsequently supported Emeli Sandé, Sam Smith and Alicia Keys on UK tours.
His new, gospel sounding, single "By Design (Evel Knievel)" released last Friday (10 Jun 2022) is from his forthcoming, fifth, album "Lies About The War" due on 26 Aug 2022.
His voice of this particular song reminds me very much of UK's Samm Henshaw.
