Iamcaldwell (stylised IAMC.A.L.D.W.E.L.L.) is Frank Caldwell a Columbus, OH, native now residing in Charlotte, NC.
He came to the attention of Kenny 'Babyface' Edmunds in 1999 after the release of his gospel song "Confirmation" but they were unable to come to an agreement for him to sign to Babyface's La'Face label so he released it independently on his Jaznia Music Group label.
His latest single "Forward" was released a couple of weeks ago in 4 Jun 2022.
