Muntean Eugen-Manuel is a Romanian
DJ/producer/label owner who uses the aliases Chemars, Da Funksta and
D.P.V.
I was going to say that this was his latest release but it appears that
there are several others since posted on his YouTube channel.
No prizes for guessing what the underlying tune is for "Sticky" which was unbelievably the first of only four UK pop chart
entries (at #48) for Ashford & Simpson in 1978.
