Manchester's Nellie Charles made waves with her debut
single "BO$$" (music video below) last month and follows it with her new one "Rain On Me". The song speaks about the ending of a relationship with some ripe language.
You may recognise the library backing that has been used on other recordings which we first came across a few years ago on W3sst's "Midnite" and has cropped up several times since.
Nellie is the sibling of Jack Tyson Charles who are both the children on
BBC Radio 6's Craig Charles but with different mothers as Jack was born to actress Cathy Tyson.
