The new single "One Night Stand" from Marsha Ambrosius has a host of well known writer
credits for samples used. It samples "All Night Long" (Mary Jane Girls) (although Rick James isn't credited) and "Remind Me" (Patrice Rushen), that we can hear, and possibly others that
we can't detect.
The version on Spotify is the explicit one but there is a clean version
available on Amazon (link on image below).
Ambrosius is originally from Liverpool and was one half of duo Floetry with Natalie
Stewart. She went solo in 2011 and has now released three solo albums and
almost twenty singles. This one being only her second since 2020.
The single was co-produced with Dr. Dre and Erik "Blu2th" Griggs who
re-released "Back To Euphoria" only a few weeks ago.
