The second single from Regi Myrix feat. Lamar Kelsey, which follows up
"If You Don't Mind" (2 Jun which was also released later with a
Nigel Lowis Remix
(28 Jul)), is "Made Me Fall" due on
Bandcamp
on Friday (25 Aug) and goes on general release on 1 Sep..
As with the previous single, it will feature on an EP "SouLaDeLiCa" which is due later this year.
The song was written by Kelsey who, prior to the last single released two
singles, "She Knows My Heart" (Apr 2020) followed by "I Can't Get Over You" the following month. It brings back the 80s/90s east coast boom bap /
hip-hop / R&B sound.
Myrix produced five of the songs on Hil St. Soul's 2022 chart topping album "Back In Love" which was her first album since 2008. His last single was "Let It Go" feat. Lina (Loi) (28 Jul).
