It's been a while, a month short of 18 months, since we had any new material from Navy with "Love Life" on 18 Feb '22.
Navy (aka Melinda Ulysses) is a singer/songwriter from the Dominican Republic known as 'The High-Priestess of Caribbean Hip-Hop Soul' . She has been featured several times in the last couple of years when we came across "One Shot" in Apr '21. Whilst her music is
generally ragga/reggae hip-hop, she has a unique style and it's only a matter of time before her talent is fully
recognised on a wider scale as she certainly has star quality.
Her new single "Snakes" features DWN from Barbados, who's single "With Love" (based on Anita Baker's "Sweet Love") Navy featured on in May '21. They are label mates on Pretty Boy Worldwide.
As is normally the case, the new single comes with a music video.
