DWN is from Barbados, which will become evident once you listen, as this is a ragga rap infused version of Anita Baker's 1987, Grammy Award winning
'Sweet Love', which some may like, but purists will probably hate!
I posted another track only last week by Navy ('One Shot'), who is from Dominica, and made the comment that her singing voice
sounds great, and that it would be good to hear her sing something
without any rap. 'One Shot' is based on Deniece Williams' 'Free' from 1976.
DWN is singing and Navy is rapping on this track. It was featured as a breaker on this week's Global Soul Chart show.
