The Teskey Brothers have released what appears to be a
double single "The Winding Way" but is actually an EP/album building as the two songs are "Oceans Of Emotions" and "This Will Be Our Year" which was released as a single in Nov '22. The full album is slated for release on 16 Jun '23.
The Teskey Brothers are a blue-eyed blues/rock band from Melbourne formed
in 2008 by Josh & Sam Teskey. To date they have released two
studio albums and two live albums.
They featured here with "Never Tear Us Apart" in Apr '21 which was a #24 UK pop hit in 1986 for INXS but they put
a soulful twist on it which may surprise you as it has a real Stax/southern soul flavour sounding like it is right
out of Muscle Shoals. It is nothing like the INXS version.
Josh Teskey recently did a nice duet with WILSN on her
"These Days Are Over" album on a cover of "Hurts So Bad"
