The seventh Cotswold Park Soul Weekender takes place on Fri 24 Feb
2023 at 6:00 PM through to Sun 26 Feb 2023 9:00 PM GMT at the luxurious 4 star The
Devere Cotswold Water Park Hotel, GL7 5FP.
The event has
exclusive use of the whole hotel and can now provide the full luxury weekend
experience for 600 people. The room rate includes dinner Friday and Saturday and breakfast brunch Saturday and Sunday and free access to the onsite Spa, pool and gym.
Soul, Funk, Jazz-Funk, Jazz and House across the 3 rooms with a host of
the finest DJ’s, including Dr. Bob Jones, Soul Essence mainstays Gavin Page
and Bob Cosby along with fellow Leighton Buzzarder Shaun Evans, rare
groove and modern soul man Paul Collins and and from the US KP McGoff
along with a whole host of others (see flyer).
Live acts appearing are on Friday Mamas Gun and Saturday
Snowboy & The Latin Section (posted only yesterday for
his version of Lucky Fellow), who will also be doing a Jazz Room DJ set
and all the way from the U.S.A. Dennis Taylor.
