Michael Jackson would have been celebrating his 64th
birthday today. I think many soul purists disregard his music so I've hand
picked a baker's dozen of his early solo recordings between
1972-75. Most are B sides and album cuts from his first four solo albums (pre "Off The Wall" / "Thriller" and
beyond) with one or two hits. I think even some purists might be surprised as you rarely hear many of these getting played!
