Noa (Noa Hailey Belillti) is a new artist (who I believe is from the
Austin, TX area) debuted in May 2020 with a reggae flavoured single
"Clouds" and released her fourth single "All We Got" in Jan 2020 which is jazz tinged neo soul tune.
Today she has released her new single "Slowly". There have been videos for each of the last four singles, so no doubt there will also be on for the new song in due course.
