Noa (Noa Hailey Belillti) is a new artist who debuted last May with a reggae flavoured single "Clouds" and released her fourth single "All We Got" yesterday which is another jazz tinged neo soul tune and, I think, her best to date.
As a new artist there seems to be very little information available on her but having listened to all four singles I think she should have a bright future.
Her Spotify profile is a bit cryptic and mentions her being raised on Cincinnati funk and soul and perhaps having middle eastern roots and states that she regularly performs in the Austin, TX area.
