This week's episode of Soulful Slow Jams by The Soul Emperor DJ Kool Keith broadcast on

highlights that there is at least one track from all the soulful decades
from 60s to date, except the noughties.
This week's highlighted track is Black Ice "Blind Over You" from 1976 was originally recorded by Chicago Gangsters in 1975 and is credited to Mac & Mac who I assume would be a combination of the McCants brothers Sam, Chris, James and Leroy who were in the group. They started out as The Harmonics changing their name to Chicago Gangsters around 1973 and then just Gangsters. Sam and Chris would later form Rumple-Stilts-Skin around 1981 with female vocalist from Chicago Gangsters Sharon Jones. They in turn would later be known as Ivy and released three albums in the mid 80s.
