The first release of 2022 for The Shindellas is the oddly
titled "BBQs & Body Rolls Intro", and why 'intro' as it seems to suggest more to come .. and indeed
after a little bit of digging they have a new EP due called "BBQs &
Body Rolls"?
The song is written by Charles Harmon and Claude Kelly aka Louis
York who run the Weirdo Workshop label. It's another that 'borrows' a line or two from Aretha's "Daydreaming"
although daydreaming is converted to daydrinking ... I'm sure there's a few
who will 'drink to that'!
