Roy Ayers "Running Away" has to be one of the greatest dance records of all time IMO which is a UK soul weekender anthem, the
Polydor 12" of which I'll never part with. So, it almost goes without
saying that I would post this new 'version' by
Stretchman released on 21 Apr 2022 which uses the hook
line as the title i.e. "Do Be Doo (Run Run Run)".

However, it does become a bit monotonous, as all that appears to have been done
is loop the hook line with a bit of added bass (although it's only a sample so may be better in
full) so I'll post up Roy Ayer's original 12" version.
Whilst I may not 'condone' a lot of these 'Nu Disco' releases which
simply 'borrow' from the originals it does give newcomers the opportunity
of possibly hearing some of these classics for the first time and is also
a great 'excuse' to post the original versions which many of us grew up
      on.
