Derrick 'D’MAR' Martin is San Franciscan musician, producer, songwriter, singer who was as the lead
drummer for the Little Richard for 17 years and has also worked with many
other well known artists including Dorothy Moore, Bobby Rush, Ali Woodson
(The Temptations), Carla Thomas, Billy Preston and Syl Johnson.
As a recording artist, D'MAR delivers his own sound which he has dubbed
"Nu Funk Soul which combines the old school vibe with the freshness of
today's sound".
He released his second single this year, "Just Let Go", released yesterday (18 Mar 2022).
