Originally on Dennis Taylor's third album of the same name i.e "In The Mood" in 2003, we have two forthcoming remixes of the title track on
UK's Dome Records doe in 25 Mar 2022.
The first remix is the "Nigel Lowis Philly Mix" along with the song's co-writer Darryl James "Altra Remix" assisted by Christian Okami. The original 2003 version is also
included.
The song was written by Taylor, James and Fred McFarlane who has also
worked with Evelyn King, Jocelyn Brown, Robin S and Jenny Burton.
Taylor, from New Jersey, broke through in 2000 with his debut album
"Enough Is Enough" which contained the two killer cuts, the title track
and "Smile" which tor up modern soul dancefloor. Also due out in summer
2020 is a Dennis Taylor album compilation which includes new mixes of some
of his favourite cuts. Let's hope it also includes new mixes of the two
cuts from his debut!
