I can't find anything about this duo calling themselves US (try searching that on Google!). They released "Fly Away" last year with a Linslee remix and follow it on 29 Jan 2022 with two further mixes by Whodini and EmCee.
Given that all of the remixers are UK based (Linslee Campbell from Birmingham, EmCee (aka Miss Cherokee aka Clarissa Walters from London) and Whodini (aka Dean Athoni), I would hazard a guess that they may be UK based?
The title "Fly Away" comes from the fact that the melody is sampled/based on Randy Crawford's 1980 hit "One Day I'll Fly Away" which is more evident on the Linslee Remix.
