Back in Dec 2020 I posted a YouTube mix of Dave Lee in action live mixing a
two hour set "Record Room Sessions #1". I managed to identify most tracks except three. I received an
anonymous comment today on the post (possibly by Dave himself?) stating
that one of the tracks I couldn't identify is a brand new track due for
release next Friday (11 Feb 2022) by Destiny II "Play 2 Win".
It's available on
Traxsource with three mixes "Destination Boogie Mix", "Taste The Bass Dub" and an
acapella version.
This is what Traxsource says about it:
Destiny II - Play 2 Win is a brand spanking new piece of original boogie-style house featuring a whole host of live players and all carried along by a driving live bass line. Vocals come courtesy of New York soul diva Angela Johnson, who nails this positive song.
