This is a similar vein to the previous post for Sanura, i.e. a
contemporary tune that also has a retro feel. It's the second single from
an artist named Meek's Diary "Rain On Me" released on 12 Dec 2021. Her previous single "Lazy Afternoon" was released only a couple of weeks ago on 26 Nov.
Both songs were written by Schemeka Ford who I assume
to be Meek's Diary, which was confirmed when I found her facebook page as
it has a link to her YouTube channel where she also has videos of several cover
versions going back two years.
