Posts on Sundays are generally a summary of the week i.e. Sunday Summary, where I post The SoulStrutter Top 30 which represents the top 30 most viewed posts in the last 30 days and two playlists: The Dirty Dozen (which represents my selection of the best twelve new releases of the week) and and The Dirty Dozen Covers etc. which are the best twelve non-new releases i.e. covers, remixes, samples, reissues and retro tunes.
To the above I will start a new feature which will be a playlist of as many of the New Releases that don't quite make it to a full post owing to time restrictions with the amount of new material that is released generally on a Friday. The better ones may eventually get a full post of their own but I thought it was a good way of capturing the new releases early.
Some may be a bit hit and miss as they will be judged only from 30 second samples as I don't have time to listen to them all in full so anything that sounds reasonable on first listen will be included for you to listen to. Most will be from the current weekend's releases but there may be some that have been around a week or two that were missed previously.
I will try to post a playlist each Friday with the day's new releases and supplement it with any additions and repost on a Sunday.
