A new single from Ronnie Williams "Soul Magic" was released on 7 Oct 2021. I have to admit 'sleeping' on this one as I
gave it a cursory listen last week but for whatever reason didn't get
around to posting. What you may not be aware of, as I wasn't, is that it
is the title track from a ten track album that only seems to be available
on his website, but unfortunately doesn't include sound samples so I can't
tell you what the other tracks are like.
Ronnie Williams is from Pittsburgh, PA, now living in Atlanta, GA, and
was a former background singer for Babyface and Pebbles he also wrote and
performed a couple of duets with the female group Klymaxx (led by
Bernadette Cooper who has a new single out which I need to get around to
listening to) on their 1994 album "One Day".
NB I've added a link to the artist he's associated to on Discogs below (from the Klymaxx album) but I don't think it's the correct Ronnie Williams but stand to be corrected!
