OK you've got ten seconds to identify the sample/backing! A single
released today (28 Oct 2021) by an artist calling herself
Mz'vocalz who, initially guessed from writer's credits but
confirmed after I found her facebook page, is Angela Foreman from
Salisbury, MD.
If you haven't already figured it out "Feel Gud Museik" samples/uses backing from Michael Wycoff's "Looking Up To You" from
1982, or more likely Zhane's "Hey Mr DJ" (1994) which also samples it. It
has been sampled a few more times, mainly on house/dance tracks, and covered by
David Anthony as a house track in 2013 and a more faithful cover
by Blacknuss Allstars (1994).
"Looking Up To You" was written by Leon Ware and Zane Grey of Grey & Hanks.
