As alluded to on the Aretha post earlier, here's a compilation of 55
tracks NOT featured on the new "Aretha" compilation released today.
Hopefully there may be a track or two you had forgotten about or didn't
know? The tracks are in chronological order and begin in 1964 from
"Runnin' Out Of Fools" and end with her last album of original material
"So Damn Happy" 2003. There's the odd track available only on compilations. (3hrs 36 mins of entertainment .. good for a long journey!)
There were a few tracks from her 70s albums I'd have liked to have
included but they are not available on Spotify i.e. "Sunshine Will Never Be The Same", "No One Could Ever Love You More" from "Sweet Passion" (1977), "I Needed You Baby" from "Almighty Fire" (1978) and "Half A Love" from "La Diva" (1979).
