Salaam Remi (Gibbs) is a music producer who won an Ivor Novello award in 2004 for co-writing Amy Winehouse's song "Stronger Than Me". He got his big 'break' working with Kurtis Blow in the 80s and has since worked with many well known artists such as Amy Winehouse, Alicia Keys, Toni Braxton, Jazmine Sullivan and hip-hop artist such as Nas, Biz Markie, Fugees and many others.

His latest project is a single "All I Need Is You" featuring Claudette Ortiz released on Thursday (12 Aug 2021). It's a well produced and sung song which is a grower that gets under your skin that, for some reason, reminds me of something Janet Jackson would record as it has a feel of "Let's Wait A While"... you can decide whether that's a good thing or not!
