This is a bit of an oddity as I saw this a couple of weeks ago but was
waiting for it to be up on Spotify before posting it, but as yet is still
doesn't appear to be on any of the DSP's and only on her YT channel even
though she posted the video on 19 Jun.

It's her usual retro 60s/70s sound with a section that samples words from
Teddy P.'s Love T.K.O.
LatTasha Lee is from Austin, TX, who caught the attention of producer Salih Williams in 2006 aged 20 and signed for his Carnival Beats label. In 2012 she made the last 50 of The X Factor and the following year released her debut album Latasha Lee & The BlackTies.
